Mit Haseln\u00fcssen, Cointreau, Obers und Vanille mischen und sofort in die Form gie\u00dfen. Glattstreichen und 2-3 Stunden erstarren lassen. Mit einem in hei\u00dfes Wasser getauchten Ausstecher ausstechen.<\/p>\n<p>Eiklar, Zitronensaft und Staubzucker zu einer Glasur verr\u00fchren. Jedes Konfektst\u00fcck mit Glasur \u00fcberziehen.
