Den Speck in W\u00fcrfel schneiden, die Schalotten halbieren, den Knoblauch sch\u00e4len. Das Huhn anbraten, herausnehmen, Cidre in der Pfanne auf die H\u00e4lfte einkochen, Schalotten, Huhn, Speck und Knoblauch in Scheiben, Lorbeer, Thymian und Cidre in einen Br\u00e4ter geben und zudecken.<\/p>\n<p>Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 200\u00b0C etwa 50 Minuten schmoren.
