Chili dazu, salzen und K\u00fcrbis bei schwacher Hitze bissfest k\u00f6cheln.<\/p>\n<p>Das Backrohr auf 200\u00b0C vorheizen. Die Haut der Entenbr\u00fcste kreuzf\u00f6rmig einschneiden, salzen und mit der Hautseite nach unten anbraten.
