Minuten kochen und kalt abschrecken.<\/p>\n<p>Filetscheiben und Gem\u00fcse nebeneinander in eine feuerfeste Form legen. Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche und Milch glatt r\u00fchren, K\u00e4se unterr\u00fchren. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und \u00fcber Fleisch und Gem\u00fcse gie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Bei 200\u00b0C etwa 25 Minuten \u00fcberbacken.
