P\u00fcrieren, Eigelb, Semmelbr\u00f6sel und Butter unterr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Filets mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen, in hei\u00dfem \u00d6l 6 Minuten anbraten. Das Fleisch in eine flache, ofenfeste Form legen und das Selleriep\u00fcree darauf streichen, mit kleinen Rosmarinzweigen dekorieren, im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 180\u00b0C (Umluft 160\u00b0C) 15 Minuten backen.
