Die Kardamomkapseln aufbrechen, Samen ausl\u00f6sen und zum Reis hinzuf\u00fcgen.<br \/>\nDas Obers, 800 ml Wasser, Zucker und Butter einr\u00fchren.<br \/>\nDie Safranf\u00e4den in 1 EL Wasser einweichen und unter den Reis r\u00fchren. Erneut aufkochen und ohne Deckel bei mittlerer Hitze 30 Minuten garen. Dabei h\u00e4ufig umr\u00fchren.<br \/>\nPistazien fein hacken (1 EL zum Bestreuen aufheben) und mit den Rosinen unter den Reispudding r\u00fchren.<br \/>\nDen Pudding auf 6 Sch\u00e4lchen verteilen und k\u00fchl stellen.
