Mit \u00d6l und 200 ml lauwarmem Wasser zu einem glatten Teig kneten. Teig in 8\u201312 St\u00fccke teilen, Kugeln formen und 30 Minuten bedeckt rasten lassen. Teig d\u00fcnn ausrollen. In einer beschichteten Pfanne mit wenig \u00d6l beidseits bei Mittelhitze je 1 Minute braten. Mit einem Tuch bedecken, damit sie nicht austrocknen.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color:#4f00a3\" class=\"has-inline-color\">F\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung Zwiebel und Knoblauch in 2 EL \u00d6l hellgolden braten. Mit den Waln\u00fcssen, Bohnen und Gew\u00fcrzen in der K\u00fcchenmaschine grob hacken. Maisk\u00f6rner einr\u00fchren.
